During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff was extremely helpful and had good English skills, making it easy to communicate and arrange things. Secondly, the location was perfect, right downtown but away from the busy promenade area. Additionally, the room was pleasant and spacious, just like the photos, and had a great vibe.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the lack of hot water was a bit disappointing as I didn't always have access to it.

Nicely designed hostel with a helpful and pleasant English-speaking receptionist. Great coffee and helpful staff. Good location, 15-minute walk from the city center. Spacious rooms with some natural light.
